WSUS Client Inventory

Download and install Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express on your WSUS 3 Server
Use Windows Authentication to connect to \\.\pipe\MSSQL$MICROSOFT##SSEE\sql\query

Then run following query locally from WSUS server.

Prerequisite is : SQL Native client

List all sites and relevant subnets and domain controllers

To list all site names

dsquery site -o rdn -limit 0 > all.sites.txt

To get all associated subnets (all.sites.txt from above command is required)
